ISSB preparation in Khulna
The ISSB decides who becomes an officer in the Bangladesh Army, Navy and Air Force. At IDA you practise every test of the board, the way the board runs it, until it feels familiar.
Who this is for
- Candidates called to the ISSB for the Army (BMA long course), Navy (BNA) or Air Force (BAFA)
- Candidates who failed the ISSB before and want to know why
- Students preparing early, before their preliminary exam
How the selection usually works
- Apply to the force through its official recruitment circular
- Pass the preliminary stage (written and/or viva and medical, depending on the force)
- The Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB): a board of several days with intelligence tests, psychological tests (WAT, TAT/PPDT, SRT and others), group tasks set by the GTO, and a personal interview.
- Final medical and selection list
Every year the authority publishes a circular with the exact rules, dates and subjects. Always follow the latest official circular.
