Kazi Nazmus Shakib

Founder & CEO | Ex-OC, 81 BMA Long Course

Kazi Nazmus Shakib is the Founder and CEO of Imperial Defence Academy, dedicated to preparing aspiring candidates for Bangladesh’s defence services and ISSB.

An Ex-OC of the 81 BMA Long Course, he brings firsthand military exposure and a strong understanding of the discipline, leadership, confidence, communication, and personal qualities expected of future officers.

Through Imperial Defence Academy, he is committed to developing candidates beyond conventional preparation—focusing on ISSB, personality development, leadership, communication, psychological preparation, and officer-like qualities.

His vision is to help shape confident, disciplined, and capable future leaders.
